The apex court summoned record of the dual national government employees within 15 days and said that strict action would be taken against those who failed to implement the court orders.
A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar heard the suo moto notice case. During the course of proceedings, the Establishment Division secretary appeared before the bench and informed that they had summoned the details from all institutions on the court order.
