CJ defines how a speech should be

LAHORE: Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, while addressing a seminar in Lahore on Saturday, defined how a speech should be.
During his speaceech Justice Saqib Nisar said that he has been given a manuscript, asking his audience not to consider that it was a speech, adding that he had been told that, “a speech should be like a woman’s skirt. It should not be too long that one loses the interest and neither too short that it doesn’t cover the subject”. He said that he was also adhering to that principle.
