Dr Amjad to assume charge of PIMS today

Islamabad: The Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) will see the change of guard today with Dr Amjad Mehmood Raja assuming the charge of the BPS-21 administrator of this largest government hospital of the federal capital after the retirement of Dr Altaf Hussain Qureshi. Dr Amjad, the BPS-20 joint executive director, is the senior most staff member of the PIMS in the administrative cadre. He will be the overall administrative in charge of all the hospitals of PIMS and Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University. Directors of all PIMS facilities will report to him.
