LAHORE: Director General Health Services Dr Akhter Rasheed has said that health department has established isolation ward, flu filtration clinics and flu desk in all THQ, DHQ and teaching hospitals of Punjab. He said Primary and Secondary Healthcare department has provided vaccination of H1N1 and medicines to all the hospitals.
According to a handout issued Wednesday, the DG Health, while paying surprise visit to Jinnah Hospital, visited flu filtration clinic, isolation ward and flu desk with MS Jinnah Hospital, issued direction to hospital administration to ensure vaccination of those doctors and staff, who were engaged in treatment of H1N1 patients.
