Scattered rain predicted
LAHORE: Partly cloudy weather was observed in the city here Wednesday while Met office predicted scattered rain during the next 24 hours.
Met officials said continental air is likely to prevail over most parts of the country. They predicted that mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. They said very cold weather in Northern Areas, including Quetta division while dense foggy conditions are likely to prevail over few plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh during morning hours.
No rainfall was recorded at any city until Wednesday evening. Wednesday’s minimum temperature was recorded at Skardu where mercury dropped down to -11°C while in Lahore, maximum temperature was 21°C, minimum was 4.5°C and humidity level was 27 percent.
