PESHAWAR: Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra said on Monday the internally displaced persons (IDPs) from Khyber Agency were back to native towns and development work had been expedited on several projects in those areas. He expressed these views while talking to a delegation from Khyber Agency comprising 11 members. Iqbal Afridi led the delegation, said an official handout. The delegation apprised the governor of prevailing problems of people of Bara sub-division and Jamrud tehsil. “Providing basic facilities to the people of Federally Administered Tribal Areas is the priority of the incumbent government," the governor said. Iqbal Zafar Jhagra said the work was in progress on various developmental schemes. The members of delegation expressed gratitude to the governor for the completion of roads, hospitals and other uplift projects in Bara sub-division.
