JUI-F leader claims MMA will win next polls
MARDAN: Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) provincial information secretary Abdul Jalil Jan on Monday said that the Muttahida Majlis-e-Amal (MMA), an alliance of the religio-political parties, would win the upcoming general election.
Talking to the newly-elected office-bearers of Mardan Press Club here, the JUI-F leader said this time the alliance was more effective and it would win a majority on the basis of its previous performance.
He believed the masses were supporting the MMA that was why the alliance would form government in the province. The JUI-F leader added the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf would face a crushing defeat in the coming election as the people could no more be hoodwinked on the hollow slogans of tsunamis, including honoraria for the artistes and Pesh Imams.
Abdul Jalil Jan congratulated the journalists on their election. Earlier, he addressed a social media workshop of JUI-F district information secretaries and media team. He highlighted the role and importance of media and social media.
Maulana Shuja-ul-Mulk, provincial general secretary, Maulana Amanat Shah, district general secretary and Maulana Qasarud Din, district information secretary also addressed the social media workshop. Social media activists of JUI-F of Mardan, Swabi, Nowshera and Charsadda districts participated in the workshop.
