KARACHI: The Sindh cabinet has approved the regularisation of contractual teachers who have been protesting in the city for the past week through an act in the provincial assembly and decided to present an education reforms bill in the house.
There are about 2,100 NTS-passed and University of Sindh contractual teachers in the province, the CM said, adding that under the recruitment rules, the teachers have to clear a test to qualify for regularisation.
