White Oil Pipeline Project to bring down prices, says PM Abbasi

KARACHI: Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said on Friday that White Oil Pipeline Mogas (WOPM) project will help achieve economic growth, while bringing down oil prices by Re1 to Rs1.5/litre.
“We have changed the energy landscape of the country in four years. Today we use the best standard oil of the world. I am sure this project will be completed in time as this project will reduce the cost (of) our fuel consumption, which has been increasing by 20 percent on yearly basis,” Abbasi said while speaking at the WOPM project groundbreaking ceremony at Port Qasim.
