Islamabad : A world class lifestyle real estate project of $2 billion 'Eighteen' announced here in Islamabad on Friday.
The project is a partnership between Ora Developers and Saif Group in conjunction with Kohistan Builders and Developers. During the press briefing the management team introduced partners, unveiled the branding and confirmed the date of the commercial launch as January 18, 2018.
'Eighteen' is a 2.77 million sq yard gated community being developed in the 18 district, to the south west of the downtown Islamabad. If offers the highest quality of design and construction, which will set new standards for Pakistani real estate.
On the occasion Chairman Ora Developers Naguib Sawiris said that they have shown a wonderful master plan for a development which he believes will revolutionise real estate projects in Pakistan. He said Ora along with its partners would create a new lifestyle destination in the world class capital city.
The project, CEO, Tariq Hamdi while explaining the project said that all the villas and apartments have been carefully located with views over the golf course and are linked by wide parkways and open streets. He said the amenities are second to none, delivered in safe, secure and exclusive location.
'Eighteen' Islamabad has been designed around a championship golf course and will consist of 1100 villas and 900 apartments as well as an iconic Golf Clubhouse, a shopping Mall, 5 star boutique hotel, medical facilities and business distract. 'Eighteen' is ten minutes away from the New Islamabad Airport and is the ideal development for local and overseas Pakistanis who enjoy luxury living and state of the art amenities.
The master plan was conceptualised by Callison RTKL and developed by renowned architects and urban planners WATG. The unique and challenging golf course has been designed by IDG from UK.
'Eighteen' will cover an area of 2.7 million sq yards with over 2000 residential units, 7200 yard Championship Golf Course. 45000 sq ft golf clubhouse, 561000 sq ft Mall, 1.2m sq ft commercial center, 100,000 sq ft medical facility, 150 rooms luxury hotel, 44000 sqft community centre, 16,500 sq ft Mosque and 121,000 sq ft Schools. The project is being developed at accost of $2 billion, with an estimated completion date of 2024.
