MIUC organises interactive session with scientists & researchers of Belarus

Islamabad: A delegation included scientists and researchers from the universities & institutes of Belarus: Andrei Bandalouski, Alexey Kletskov, Egor Kaniukov, Anna Hadarovich, Ilya Baryskevich, Anton Martinov, Aksana Paulava, Dmitriy Shiman, Pavel Krasochka, Volha Alisiyonak, who visited RIS-MIUC and had interactive session with young researchers, followed by panel discussion, says a press release.

Roots International Schools (RIS) CEO & The Metropolitan International University College (MIUC) Rector Walid Mushtaq previously set foundation of an excellent learning opportunity namely the ‘Exchange for Change’ Programme Belarus-Pakistan in 2016-Empowering global opportunities in education. CEO RIS built an academic partnership with Belarus that is an enlightening experience for collaboration in the field of education.

To strengthen the strategic relationship between two countries and to open the avenues for young scholars and researchers RIS-MIUC organised interactive session for students with scientist & researchers of Belarus. The topics of session conducted were: ‘Role of youth in Scientific Research’ and ‘Emerging Trends in Innovative Learning programme.’ All students participated enthusiastically in the session by asking questions from all scientist & researchers. They discussed how can scientists play part in combating the problems like: Climate change, food preservation, time travel, starvation, drugs side effects & usage of nanotechnology robotics for space exploration and many more.

RIS has signed many exclusive & extensive frameworks of partnership & co-operation agreements with government of Belarus to take our co-operation to next level of engagement benefitting bi-lateral social, cultural, knowledge, education ties between both countries. This partnership ushers a new era of education driven transformational partnership between Pakistan & Belarus.

Moreover, Mr. Walid Mushtaq has signed strategic partnerships between Metropolitan International University College & The Republican Institute for Vocational Education, Belarus to develop academic and cultural interchange in the areas of education, research and other activities, agree to cooperate and work together towards the internationalisation of vocational education.

Mr. Walid said “We believe that dynamic leadership of President Lukashenko has propelled the relationship between Pakistan and Belarus to new heights during his last visit in 2016. By working together both countries can unlock the vast potential of mutually beneficial cooperation in industrial, education and agricultural sectors.”
