PTI to have solo flight in general election: Khattak
NOWSHERA: Chief Minister Pervez Khattak on Monday said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) would not enter into any alliance for the 2018 general election.
Speaking at public meeting in Badrashi here, he said that PTI had been demanding election ahead of its scheduled time as the federal government could not govern the country. The chief minister believed that the country economy and law and order situation were on the decline, adding that the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz should wind up the government in the national interest. "The PML-N government should go for early election in the wake of erosion of its writ," Pervez Khattak said.
On the occasion, scores of activists of the Awami National Party, PML-N and Pakistan People's Party (PPP) announced joining PTI.
