Sitting targets

This time it is the capital of Punjab. The modus operandi was the same. An alleged suicide bomber ripped through the Qila Gujjar Singh police lines in Lahore, resulted in the death of five people.
It seems terrorists are free to choose their targets and set off bombs anywhere in Pakistan. This is an utter failure of the government and law-enforcement agencies. If security personnel cannot save their own lives how will they save the lives of ordinary people?
