Certificates for skilled labour

LAHORE :NAVTTC initiated programme to award certificates to skilled labour who got training under non-convectional methods. NAVTTC took examination of hundreds of skilled workers and awarded certificates to successful candidates.
According to a press release, certificate awarding ceremony was held in a local hotel at Lahore. NAVTTC Executive Director Zulfiqar Cheema and scholar Mujeeb-ur-Rehman Shami distributed certificates among the successful candidates.
To provide the professional technical training throughout the country; RPL is made part of the Competency Based Training under TVET reforms programme. Zulfiqar Ahmad Cheema said Competency Based Training Programme was designed to provide employment to the skilled labour and to establish good working relationships with the industry. He said after getting certificates the skilled workers would get lots of jobs within and outside the country.
