PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtu nkhwa Civil Society Network and Tribal NGOs Consortium jointly organized a candlelight vigil on Saturday in front of imambargah that was attacked the previous day.
The representatives of KP Civil Society Network and Fata including Zar Ali Khan Afridi, Rukhshanda Naz, Maryam Bibi, Taimur Kamal, Arshad Haroon, Jamila Gilani, Qamar Naseem ,Amna Durrani and others were present on the occasion. The participants expressed shock over the gruesome act in which 22 people were killed and 71 people injured.
Participants said that people of Peshawar had not yet forgotten the innocent children of Peshawar school attack when the massacre at Jamia Masjid Imamia saddened them.
