NUML praised for promoting Chinese language
Islamabad: President Chinese Association of Higher Education Du Yubo on Tuesday said that National University of Modern Languages (NUML) is playing extra ordinary role in promoting Chinese language and culture in Pakistan.
He said that more Chinese students will be sent to NUML to enhance the students exchange programme and start joint research initiatives. He was exchanging views with the rector NUML Major General (r) Zia ud Din Najam during his visit to NUML.
Director General NUML Brig Muhammad Ibrahim, Registrar Aminullah Khan, Director Administration Zia ul Hassan Sahi and other were also present on the occasion. Du Yubo said that NUML also playing vital role in human resource development and stressed that both the countries will make all out efforts to strengthen bilateral relations.
Earlier, Rector NUML brief the guest about the university and told him that NUML has various MoUs with Chinese institutes. He hoped that both the country will further enhance the mutual cooperation in the field of education. —APP
