MANSEHRA: The information secretary of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), Sherry Rehman, has said that her party is not going to make any deal with deposed prime minister Nawaz Sharif.
“The de-seated prime minister wants to be a political Shaheed in the eyes of public but his GT Road exercise has failed. Now he is in an attempt to strike a deal with PPP but we will never welcome him,” Sherry Rehman told a news conference here on Friday.
She said the country was passing through a difficult juncture of its history but her party would pull it out of the crises.
The PPP leader said that Nawaz Sharif’s GT Road exercise was aimed at bringing the judiciary and other institutions under pressure.
