PESHAWAR: Justice (retd) Abdul Latif Khan on Thursday took oath as chairman of the Environmental Protection Tribunal (EPT), Khyber Pakhtun-khwa.
The chief justice of Peshawar High Court administered the oath of office to the former PHC judge. The Forestry, Environment and Wildlife Department issued the notification about appointment of Justice (r) Abdul Latif Khan as chairman of the tribunal for a period of three years on June 23 this year. The provincial government also appointed Adnan Naveed Babar as member legal of the tribunal.
