Power goes out

It is not possible to get the electricity connection restored in Orangi Town. Despite lodging complaints for power failure, electricity remains out for hours. It seems that the complaints are not entertained. Often these complaints are abruptly closed without resolving the matter. In fact, some times, people have to wait for several days for the restoration of electricity.

The people of Orangi Town have been facing this hardship for a long time. There is no remedy for these people. Is there any one in KE who would look into the matter? Legal action should be taken against the officers who are bringing bad reputation to the department. The KE authorities must address this problem and save the people from this menace.
