Gas supply to defaulters cut off

LAHORE: Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Managing Director Amjad Latif ordered disconnection of defaulting consumers. To recover outstanding dues from defaulting consumers, disconnection notices were served to them for early settlement of outstanding arrears and in case of nonpayment, SNGPL has disconnected consumers having cumulative gas bills of Rs 38,276,124. Some 134 defaulters have been disconnected due to non-payment of gas bills.
