Soldier killed in mortar attack

GHALLANAI: A soldier was killed and another sustained injuries in a mortar shell attack in Baizai subdivision in Mohmand Agency on Sunday, official sources said. They said two soldiers were fetching water from a nearby stream in Soran Darra in Baizai area when two mortar shells fired from an undisclosed location hit them.One soldier was killed on the spot while another sustained injuries. The injured was  shifted to a hospital where he was was stated to be stable.
