This refers to the news story, ‘COAS promises peace from Gwadar to Chitral, Shawal to Bajaur’ (January 28). The promise the army chief is making leaves us in no doubt that he will achieve the cherished goal.
And as if not to be left behind, our civilian governments are doing what they are good at. Instead of just promising, they have already managed to establish a state of massive corruption, bad governance and total chaos from Gwadar to Chitral and Shawal to Bajaur.
