Recently, PPP Co-Chairperson Asif Ali Zardari campaigned in KP. At the end of his short visit – not that he had time or desire to speak to common people – he concluded that there were no changes in KP. He couldn’t see anything new.
The question is: what did he expect to see? Did he expect to see mountains of garbage and overflowing sewage as seen in Karachi and other cities of Sindh? Or did he expect to see starving children like in Tharparkar? Maybe he was right to say that he was disappointed.
