It is high time the chairman of the CDA took notice of the neglected Sector E-12 in Islamabad. The development work hasn’t been started for the past 27 years. The allotment of land was done in 1989, but, unfortunately, the CDA has not developed this sector since then. This shows the casual attitude of CDA authorities. Most of the allotees of this sector have already left the world.
Recently, the CDA successfully auctioned the residential and commercial plots in Islamabad fetching good revenue from it. CDA authorities are requested to utilise the funds generated from the auction and immediately start the development of Sector E-12. It should then give possession to the allotees so that they can build their homes as a lot of the allotees are living in rented homes.
