CM vows to uphold merit
NOWSHERA: Chief Minister Pervez Khattak on Friday said the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)-led provincial government would spare no effort to uphold merit.He was addressing separate public meetings in Hotikhel and Bara Banda in Nowshera Kalan here.
Provincial Minister for Excise and Taxation Mian Jamsheduddin Kakakhel, District Nazim Liaqat Khattak and others were also present on the occasion.
The chief minister said that investors from China, Malaysia and other countries had expressed willingness to make investment in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa due to the conducive environment. Pervez Khattak said that the policies introduced by his government would bring about an agricultural and industrial revolution in the province.
He said the past government didn’t take any step to address the energy crisis. He said that cheap hydel electricity could be generated from the water resources in KP.The chief minister added that provincial government had introduced reforms in the education and health sector.
