Valuables taken away

Robbers deprived citizens of their valuables including cash and gold ornaments and vehicles worth millions of rupees here on Saturday.

Robbers looted valuables worth Rs 120,000 from the house of Azam in Kahna, Rs 125,000 from the shop of  Aslam in North Cantt, Rs 35,000 and cell phones from the shop of Umar in Gulberg, valuables worth Rs 13 lakh from the family of Farhan in Gulshan Ravi, Rs 250,000 from the family of Waris in Chung, Rs 1 lakh from the family of Amad in Sattukatla, Rs 40,000 from Zulfiqar in Mughalpura, Rs 40,000 from the family of Amir in Sundar and Rs 16,000 from Sehrish in Qila Gujar Singh.

Thieves stole valuables worth Rs 15 lakh from the house of Asghar in Shadbagh, valuables worth Rs 12 lakh from the house of Waseem in Haier and cattle worth Rs 10 lakh from the havelli of  Shabir in Manga Mandi. —Correspondent
