MINGORA: Demanding to make Imran Khan’s Rs10 billion offer as part of PanamaLeaks investigation, Adviser to Prime Minister and Pakistan Muslim League leader Amir Muqam on Friday asked PTI chief Imran Khan to first start accountability of his own party leaders on corruption

charges.  Addressing a public gathering at the Kabal Ground here, the PML-N leader said that Imran Khan should first show his sincerity by taking action against KP Chief Minister Pervaiz Khattak and Speaker Asad Qaiser on allegations of corruption.

"Imran protects Pervaiz Khattak and Asad Qaiser and stages sit-in in Islamabad to seek Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's resignations on the allegations, which proved false in the apex court," he added.

Amir Muqam said Imran Khan had become "master of taking U-turns," adding, "Imran Khan just raises hue and cry wherever he goes, rather than taking any positive measures for welfare and uplift of masses in KP."

He said that the PTI government in KP did nothing during last four years in power, except staging protests, sit-ins and "dance shows" at roads.

"The PTI had criticised Metro and now it is mulling over launching the project in Peshawar. It had also criticised Motorway project of PML-N but later inaugurated Swat Motorway. And now the desperate PTI government is carrying the begging bowl to take foreign loans," he said.

He said that the PML-N government had brought economic stability in the country, launched various mega projects of power generation to end loadshedding by 2018, materialised China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and many other projects.

The PML-N leader said that several positive changes had been witnessed by the people of Pakistan since PML-N came to power in 2013, adding that Finance Minister Ishaq Dar controlled price-hike.

Amir Muqam said today the PML-N government, armed forces and people of Pakistan were on the same page. He said the people had proved that they love the PML-N and Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.

The adviser reiterated his party's resolve to continue working for welfare of masses and prosperity and economic development of the country. The PML-N government under the leadership of PM Nawaz Sharif took pragmatic measures and eliminated terrorism from the country's soil and brought economic revolution, he added.
