The last two months have been good for Sindh. During his trips to various cities in the province, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif announced a few development projects. Starting from Hyderabad, the PM visited Thatta and Jacobabad; and gave glad tidings of development in the region to the people. Projects including universities, hospitals, road, bridges etc have been announced. However, the question is: When will these projects be completed?
Almost four years have been passed since the ruling party came into power. But no constructive work has been done in Sindh. Only one portion of the Karachi-Hyderabad highway is in operation. If the government is serious about these projects, it should speed up the development work.
