Islamabad: Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) clarifies that the news items published in ‘The News’ dated 29-3-2017 wherein it has mentioned that FGEHF has dropped the Bhara Kahu Housing Scheme (Green Enclave I) is misleading and factually incorrect, says a press release.
As a matter of fact, FGEHF has only decided to dispense with the services of land provider/developer in view of his inability to discharge his contractual obligations including his failure to provide dedicated/appropriate access for the scheme and decided to complete the scheme at the risk and cost of the land provider/developer, without any further delay in order to allay the suffering of allottees of the scheme.
Mohammad Anis adds: The correspondent stands by contents of his news story. The FGEHF management in the clarification itself has admitted that it has decided to dispense with the services of land provider/developer in view of his inability to discharge his contractual obligations. The reporter in his story has quoted a responsible officer without naming him who disclosed that project of Green Enclave has been dropped.
