Public hospitals

The middle class segment of society cannot afford treatment at privately-run hospitals. Therefore, the people visit the state-run hospitals for medical treatment. The current state of public hospitals is gross. Poor sanitation and lack of hygiene have increased the chances of a patient catching infections.

Hospitals are the places where the people go to get better not to get worse. The authorities should take serious notice of these problems and increase the budget for public hospitals.
