Man postpones wedding to watch PSL final

BAHAWALPUR: As cricket fever is in the air, a fan hailing from Uch Sharif has postponed his wedding to watch the final match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL), scheduled to be held on Sunday (today) at the Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.
According to the local media, the wedding ceremony of Kashif was scheduled for March 5, but the groom preferred cricket over his marriage.
He said: “Wedding ceremony can be arranged on another day, but the PSL final cannot be rescheduled,” adding that he had purchased a ticket worth Rs 12,000.
The family of groom requested him not to postpone the marriage, but he declared putting it on hold.
