Syed Aizaz Ali murder case; arguments from March 2

Sessions Jssssudge, Rawalpindi Hasnain Raza on Tuesday asked the affected party to submit arguments in the murder case of Syed Aizaz Ali, 22. He passed no orders on the bail application filed by the party accused of murdering Aizaz Ali.

An old mother and four sisters of a murdered young boy of 22 Syed Aizaz Ali who was the only hope for his family Tuesday reached in Sessions Court, Rawalpindi and appealed for justice. The applicants (the old mother and four sisters) through their lawyer Asad Abbasi will present their arguments in court on Thursday (March 2).

According to details Mohsan Ali and Faisal Farooq, both sons of Shams Farooq allegedly murdered young Syed Aizaz Ali on November 3, 2016 on a petty issue. The local Civil Lines Police Station had registered an FIR u/s 302 CPC against Mohsan Ali and Faisal Farooq, both sons of Shams Farooq, for murdering a 22-year-old Syed Aizaz Ali at Ghausia Chowk on November 3, 2016.

Syed Aizaz Ali, the young man who was murdered is said to be the sole hope for the family that comprises his old mother named Khamidan Zia and four sisters. The bereaved family reached the Sessions Court, Rawalpindi along with their counsel Asad Abbasi. On the wailings of the mother and four sisters, the court took an immediate action and ordered police to arrest the accused. The police had arrested one accused Mohsan Ali who was in Adiala Jail. The second accused Faisal Farooq has not yet been arrested.

According to FIR registered with Civil Lines Police Station, Mohsan Ali and his real brother Faisal Farooq had mercilessly killed a 22-year-old Syed Aizaz Ali at Ghausia Chowk on November 3, 2016. The issue was petty behind this murder that side mirror of cars of both parties touched here at Ghausia Chowk. The accused fled from the scene after killing Syed Aizaz Ali.

The city police officer (CPO) Israr Abbassi who is taking a keen interest in this case and continuously consoling assuring the affected party for justice. He called the mother of deceased Syed Aizaz Ali and assured her that justice would be done.

Talking to The News the mother appreciated the role of courts and police. "My son was the only hope for me and my four daughters but now he is no more. I demand only justice," she appealed. She said that her brother was also cooperating with the accused party by giving money for compromise. "I am thankful to police who have also arrested my brother," she said. Advocated Asad Abbasi said that he will give arguments in favour of affected party. My clients have not received summons while accused party had filed bail application.
