PSL final

Despite the recent events of terrorism in Pakistan’s major cities, the administration of the PCB has somehow managed to hold the PSL’s final match in Lahore. Keeping in view the political status of the country in international politics, the match is not just a matter of entertainment but of the credibility of our country. It is hoped that the country’s security forces will succeed in maintaining law and order to the satisfaction of ICC officials and the participating foreign players. The country will see the return of the international cricket in Pakistan soon.

The final match of the PSL will be held in Lahore. This announcement by the Punjab Government is commendable. Cricket is loved by almost the entire nation and an event like this will help promote the country’s positive image across the world.

However, huge responsibility lies on the Punjab government to ensure fool proof security to avoid any unfortunate incident. I hope that the Punjab government will ensure that the security and make the event successful.
