Fareed Ali, a student of Govt MAO College, was awarded a gold medal for securing first position in BBA (Hons) Banking and Finance in the college. The gold medal was awarded in annual convocation of the college by Punjab Minister for Higher Education Syed Raza Ali Gillani. Fareed Ali is among the first batch of students of the BBA (Hons) programme started by the Punjab government in selected public sector colleges of the province.
