The rupee closed at 104.85 against the dollar, unchanged from the previous level in the interbank market on Monday, dealers said. The interbank market rates stood at 104.80 and 104.85, as traders remained on the sidelines due to the lack of fresh triggers. Dealers said the rupee may stay at the present levels for sometime; following some administrative measures taken by the central bank to maintain stability in the interbank market.
