The rupee on Friday traded unchanged at the previous day’s closing level of 104.85 against the dollar in the interbank foreign exchange market, dealers said.
The rupee/dollar parity remained unchanged at this mark in the fifth straight trading session, as importers and corporates were reluctant to take fresh positions. In the kerb market, the rupee was traded at 107 and 107.20 against the dollar for buying and selling.
