Rheumatology dept opens at Mayo Hospital

LAHORE

Rheumatology Department and OPD clinic will start functioning at Mayo Hospital, Lahore, under the supervision of Prof Dr Irshad Hussain, chairman, Department of Medicine/East Medical Ward, King Edward Medical University (KEMU), from Thursday (today).

According to a press release issued here on Wednesday, Mayo Hospital CEO Prof Dr Asad Aslam Khan, Prof Dr Irshad Hussain, Prof Nighat Mir and MS Dr Tahir Khalil will inaugurate the department.

envoy: Ambassador of Napal Ms Sewa Lamsal Adhikari met Punjab University Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Zafar Mueen Nasir at his office here on Wednesday and thanked PU administration for accommodating the students from Nepal. Dr Zafar Mueen Nasir said that the administration would establish international centre to facilitate international students. Ms Sewa Lamsal Adhikari thanked the PU administration for providing best facilities to the students from Nepal.
