Ever since the m-tag system has been introduced at the M-1 Motorway, motorists have been facing inconveniences. Long queues eat up the precious time of motorists and commuters. Frequent complaints of ‘technical issues’ in the system slow down the entire process. People have to wait for hours while the system is restored and the work is started.
Such systems are installed for the convenience of the people, but in our country they have added more nuisances. The NHA is requested to restore the previous e-tag system which was well-managed.
