The rupee slightly weakened its value against the dollar on Monday due to uptick in demand, traders said.The rupee lost three paisas to close at 104.81 to the greenback as compared to previous closing of 104.78 in the interbank currency market. Traders said the rupee/dollar parity remained largely stable. However, it ended lower on fresh US demand from importers.
