The price of LPG has been surprisingly reduced in the middle of winter season.
According to LPG Distributors Association Pakistan Chairman Irfan Khokhar, price of LPG has been cut by Rs.10 per kg.
Proving LPG mafia wrong, excessive import of LPG has broken all records and the country is flooded LPG. Total import hiked above 5lac MT and total sale exceeded 12lac MT, ending artificial shortage of LPG. Petroleum Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi assured Irfan Khokhar of some tax cut on import of LPG. Rise and fall in LPG price totally depends on import of LPG. For the first time in the history of Pakistan, artificial shortage and unprincipled profiting ended while winters has set in, he said.
