Dry weather continued to prevail in the provincial capital on Sunday while Met Office predict similar weather conditions across the country for the next 24 hours. Met officials said continental air was prevailing over most parts of the country. They predicted mainly cold and dry weather in most parts of the country. Foggy conditions are likely to prevail over plain areas of Punjab and upper Sindh during night and morning hours, they said. Met officials said that no rain was recorded in any part of the country on Sunday. They said Sunday’s lowest temperature was recorded at Skardu where mercury dropped down to -06°C while in Lahore it was 24°C and humidity was 49 percent.
