Moreover, there should be a monitoring mechanism to make sure the transparent utilization of funds. Third, in order to have efficient and competent teaching faculty in schools and colleges, hiring procedure of teachers, lecturers must be transparent and they should be offered advance pay scales and incentives to boost up their moral and instead of ruminating about tuitions and coaching they put their nose in grindstone and yield better results.
In schools, colleges, there should be proper counselling of parents at the time of admission to find the appropriate domain of study as per tendency and inclination of student, moreover in deprived areas providing economic incentives and stipends will appeal parents to enroll their wards and truancy of students will be countered as well. Moreover, there should be unification and similarity of syllabus and medium of education should be similar in all provinces so that for admissions in universities or acquisition of jobs they don’t face any discrimination. Our youth is the real strength and it can bring revolutionary reformation in our country and will take it on the path of prosperity and development. Therefore, education must be the first priority in order to secure the future of new generation.
