Punjab University (PU) Department of Zoology’s Prof Dr Muhammad Naeem Khan has been awarded with Financial Assistance Award by United Nations’ Food and Agriculture Organization worth $2,000 to present his research paper in Italy. According to a press release Dr Khan will present his research paper “Decline in Freshwater Natural Resources and future of Inland Fisheries & Aquaculture: Threatened Livelihood and Food Security in Indus Valley, Pakistan” in the forthcoming UN-FAO conference to be held in Rome, Italy from January 25-28. —Correspondent
