Nowadays, people prefer junk food over home-made food which causes serious health problems. Junk food not only has low nutritional value but it is also high in saturated fat, sugar and salt which lead to obesity and heart diseases.

Quotidian consumption of junk food result in decrease in IQ, heart disease, poor concentration, obesity, decrease immunity, diabetes and liver failure. Junk food should be banned from schools and public awareness programmes relating to its hazards should be carried out.
