International PACES competition starts today

LAHORE: Lahore will be the hub of six-day entertaining activities as the First International PACES (Physical Agility and Combat Efficiency System) Competition-2016, hosted by Pakistan Army, tees off at the Ayub Stadium, Cant, here on Tuesday (today).
Addressing a press conference here on Monday, the ISPR Director Brig Anwaar Ahmed announced that all the participating teams have reached the venue. They will compete in push-ups, sit-ups, chin-ups and combat efficiency test at three different venues. Brig Anwaar added that Army would also organise a Mini Marathon on the last day of the event on October 23.
