PIA expands online facilities
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has expanded its online sales facilitating travelers to buy tickets and get other facilities online.
According to a news channel, after the successful launch at expedia.com, PIA has launched online sales from travelocity.com too, said Danyal Gilani, General Manager Public Affairs and spokesperson for PIA on Twitter.
Expedia.com is an American-based online travel brands, enabling travelers to plan their luxury trips with the facility of buying airline tickets online, reserve a hotel and find deals on vacations, rental cars and cruises.
Travelocity is an online travel agency and was founded and owned by Sabre Corporation. It is now wholly-owned by Expedia. Travelocity is based in Dallas, Texas US. This agency also deals in the same facilities for travelers.
