After the unfortunate Uri attack, India has shifted all the blame for its internal security failure on Pakistan. It has maximised all its efforts to destabilise Pakistan by tarnishing its image before the international community in order to isolate the country on a global level. The Indian government is also making efforts to revoke the Indus Waters treaty unilaterally.
Amid such critical moments, Imran Khan’s call for a march against the present government will further sabotage the country’s image. Such protests will highlight the country’s internal anarchy and a lack of trust in the present government by the citizens. The march could end up endorsing the projections made by the Indian prime minister in his anti-Pakistan speech last Saturday. The PTI and all the other opposition parties are requested to ensure the postponement of anti-government protests for now.
