Tension at the border
By our correspondents
September 29, 2016
The heightened tensions between India and Pakistan indicate that now is not the right time for the PTI to carry out protests against the ruling party. The country is on the verge of a war. India has been continuously spewing venom against the country. No stone has been left unturned to tarnish the image of Pakistan globally. Every country is closely scrutinising Pakistan’s activities.
Under such circumstances, internal political differences will add to the destabilisation of the country. It is a request that the Raiwind march should be discontinued by the PTI. The next elections are only 18 months away so the opposition party should work on improving its own policy.
