Rangers DG visits Sialkot
LAHORE
Pakistan Rangers Punjab Director General Major General Umar Farooq Burki visited Sialkot sectors on Tuesday.
He was received by Sector Commander Brigadier Amjad Hussain. The director general (DG) was given a comprehensive briefing on security, operational and training aspects.
The DG commended the alertness, professional skills and high morale of Rangers troops performing duties in the face of all odds. He expressed his satisfaction over state of operational preparedness.
Talking to the commanders, he reiterated that Pakistan Rangers was committed towards a secured working boundary and international border, come what may, according to their national aspirations.
Pakistan Rangers, Punjab, have courage and resolve to face all challenges and give befitting response, he added.
