Frozen centres
By our correspondents
September 21, 2016
This refers to the letter, ‘Frozen in time’ (September 5) by Naeem Sadiq. National Savings investors frequently write about their problems. It is indeed a matter of grave concern that in this technological world manual work is being done in the National Savings Centres which not only waste the precious time of valued customers but also create certain problems for them. Automation of the NSCs should be started as soon as possible.
There should also be efforts made to mitigate the sufferings of the helpless National Savings employees who have not received even a single step promotion despite experience and qualification.
